So where to we go from here? I predict the following

Yankees sign Cano for 8 yr and 200 million, anything less is a win for the Yankees

Yankees trade For Anderson from A's (Package could include Gardner)

Cheap Free Agent signing to bolster bullpen such a left handed reliever

3B has to be filled regardless if Cano comes back or not, Infante still make sense with Kelly Johnson versatility allowing for a fluid infield solution while Jags works his way up the organizational ladder.

We find 400 innings from where I have no idea (Attack)

...I read from the proverbial "unnamed source" that the Yanx "are not trading Gardner" but again, who and what should we believe this time of year?...but the Yanx do have a decision to make with Gardner because if they really wanna keep him, they'll have to pay him next year.

It seems wise to keep Gardner in LF, dump Wells, live with Ichiro as the 4th OF and move Soriano to RF, so the OF is probably set.

They can't make a move at 3B until they know what happens with Arod.

They can't make a move at 2B until Cano is resolved.

They'll pick up a DH in January or some later date.

That leaves pitching, Tanaka looks done for 2014, MLB is suddenly being difficult about the posting system, funny how that happens just when the Yankees are going to be all in on a player, thankfully the Yankees have some good chips to move now with Sanchez and Murphy, if there is a good pitcher to be had in a trade the Yankees have a good chance to get him.

I think we'll be seeing farmhands in the pen over acquisitions.

...Wells costs nothing so dumping doesn't make as much sense as trying to get something for him.

...though he's a utility man, they just acquired Kelly Johnson who can play 2nd or 3rd.

...IMO, DH should not be locked up on one player because the Yanx already a number of players who need multiple days off and they'll have enough depth on the bench to fill the DH spot.

...I'm hoping they can in fact pick up someone like Tanaka...and yeah, with the recent FA signings the Yanx are hopefully in a position to deal some chips away for other needs.
