    Player Development -

In the post-PED world it is becoming a young man's sport. Teams need to be predominantly in their 20s and have a core of guys in their prime. Young power arms need to be developed. - Yankees Grade: F

Top Positional Players Retained to see ML Action in the Last 10 years = Robinson Cano(Stud), Brett Gardner(+outfielder) ____ Insert Cliff Here: Eduardo Nunez? Melky Cabrera? Grade D for Cano being in there

Top Starting Pitchers Retained to see ML Action in the Last 10 years = Wang 2-3 good seasons, career ends, Phil Hughes, Ian Kennedy, Ivan Nova, Grade F

Pen - Have done a solid job, no closer yet though, B for now, A if Robertson can handle the 9th

This farm is so bad we can't even develop guys to sit on the bench we need to sign guys in their late 30s to get the splinters

    Agree.
TRULY, an appalling job by all of Yankee management. Pay me. I'll fix the
farm system. GRADE: F This deficiency has gone on too long...AND NOBODY CARES.
