If posters are gong to get upset with MM's opinion about the Blazers there could be a lot of aggravation between now and all-star break. I mean think about it . . .MM has stated he is unwilling to change his preseason analysis of the Blazers until the all-star break. That means the Blazers could literally be 46-3, and he still will feel the Blazers are average. Why argue with someone who would take that position.

If one really cares about MM's opinion about the Blazers, best just to wait till after all star break.

I used to post that Olshey thinks like a Clipper, meaning, lose annually and get a top pick. During a Summer League interview (or was it the press conference introducing new players when he said that last season's bad bench was by his design, not his incompetence) Olshey said that he veered from the Clipper strategy this summer because he has an owner who doesn't want to wait. Now he acts as if it was his decision.

That's usually how it works. The mouth piece gets the credit. I think Olshey is competent, perhaps even Exec of the Year, but I won't give him more credit than Allen. Watching Allen sit at games and cheer on this Blazer team makes me happy. I think he's found the right chemistry on all levels (save for the awkward McGowan guy and his McPromotions, Mo-duh changes, and taste in music).

Now that Olshey's doing so well...when do we start picking on this McGowan guy?

Saturday night, I put a Wendy's dollar chicken sandwich into the freezer and ate it Wednesday night during the Thunder game. That made us win.

I've done this often enough to know to eat the lettuce Saturday night because 4 days later, frozen lettuce is toast.

Okay McGowan, why didn't you pick Wendy's??!!!!???!!!!
