Mine aren't in any particular order, okay?<u>Main Stream</u>Slim Shady (not Eminem!): His glory days are over, but when he was still bring controversy to everything, the man was great. I think he sucks now, though. Terrible standard for lyricism on his part. The Slim Shady persona was better than the Eminem one.KRS-One: He may be in his late-30's, early-40's, but this man can still rap!Jadakiss: Sick as hell!Jay-Z: Jay is getting older, but his rhymes have never changed. He always delivers great rhymes. I love that about him. He is the MJ of rap, except that it's cool for MJ to return every few years.Canibus: He fell off, but when he was around, 'Bus always delivered great rhymes. It did get annoying that all he rapped about was intergalactic sh*t.. He rapped about the moon... :HAHAHA:Rakim: Great lyricist. Rakim always gave you something worth listening to.Big Pun (RIP): A top 5 best lyricist of all time.Big Daddy Kane: Best lyricist of all time!Styles P: Another sick as rapper out of D-Block.Nas: By far, one of the top lyricists around. Always spits sh*t that makes you think for a second.Underground:Anyone out of Jedi Mind Tricks: No comment. They're just beyond talented.Benefit: Ever heard of him? He's some white guy who rhymes like a genius.Royce the 5'9": Hasn't changed his style since his "Eminem-days". That's respectable.Immortal Technique: Good lyricist, who doesn't just scratch the surface of certain topics.. He slashes the goddam surface!Stimuli: May not deliver punchline after punchline in every single bar, but is still a good underground artist.Papoose: He's turning mainstream, but it's okay. "Alphabetical Slaughter", though it didn't make any sense nor had a purpose, will always be considered a terrific underground joint.J.R Rider: A very good freestyle rapper. Makes the underground seem above the surface.Jin the MC: His mainstream career sucked. He's a good rap battle cat. May be overhyped by many Asians, but you can't really blame them, I guess.Joe Buddens: No success in mainstream, but great lyricist in his underground mixtapes. Very, very good lyricist.Emcee Bullet: I'm sicker than cancer! I'm your favorite rapper's favorite rapper.Note: This may not be my official list. I know I'm missing some great artists in each category, but whatever. An honorable mention for mainstream is Ludacris.

You guys just like them because they're dead.Big L? I can't believe I forgot about Big L! Dammit... :ranting:My list is my opinion. It shouldn't bother you at all, you idiot.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>ill make my list later but did you really put canibus as mainstream LMAO</div>Eh... Canibus used to be played on the radio all the time. Last time I checked, if you're on the radio, you have singles, you have music videos, and you drop albums that get advertised in magazines/internet/MTV, you are mainstream. Canibus' career is practicly dead, but he once was mainstream.

I'm an idiot because I think Biggie and Pac are better rappers than Styles P and Jadakiss?Haha. I think 99% of the people on BBW would agree with me that Styles P and Jadakiss should be wiping Biggie and Pac's asses, thats how much better they truly are.

I had a feeling you would start up a debate about Biggie & Pac v.s Kiss & P. Just stop, please. You're embarrassing yourself. I based my entire list off of lyricism. Lyricism might be a huge word for you. Go look it up on dictionary.com or something, okay? Never in your entire life can you claim that Tupac and Biggie are better lyrically than Jadakiss and Styles P. Biggie was a good rapper, but not top 10 of all-time (lyrically) worthy. Tupac? He ashamed me on a lyrical tip. He had good topics, but not a single line of his made me think, "Ooooh... That was sick!" Jada and Styles always deliver clever rhyme schemes or whatnot. Now, leave me be, you silly child.

Don't give me that, tupac's lyrics are great.
