    Any big guys working on fundamentals need to pay attention to Robin Lopez. He keeps the ball UP when he gets an offensive rebound. I cringe when guys like TRob grab an offensive rebound but then bring it down where the guards can slap at it. If you keep your hands up, no one is going to strip that ball without fouling you.
