    sick look at this tut on DFGFX, mad props to Ramy 1. Download http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html#Dnload2. Go to http://keepvid.com/ , type in the youtube URL3. Right click on "Download Link", save as, and make sure the extension is .FLV (file.flv).4. Open super, drag the .flv file in it, use these settings: http://ramyy.com/super.png.Press encode5. Find the MOV file you converted, and open it in imageready.6. If you want to limit it, theres a limit option in imageready when you open it.7. Set the output settings to GIF, and save optimized as GIF

    I already knew about this...it's too much work. Just get the videodownloader plugin for FireFox.
