    How are they #3 when they only have 2 players in the top 5 of the 15 mentioned? #5 for best power hitter (OF Aaron Judge) and #3 Best Pro debut (HS players and not college or junior college: 2B Gosuke Katoh). I don't know much about the credibility of Baseball America, but I just don't understand how they got the #3 best 2013 draft with only 2 of 15 categories represented in the top 5.

    Only Baseball America know their formula. I guess it just perception of the writer(s).
