    Zeke was a mediocre coach and a horrible GM.

    I agree with Onelifetolive that the question of Kidd vs Magic would be better.

    Who is a worse, Billy King as a GM or Kidd as a coach?

    Think I have to go with Thorn; he has been GM of the year for the Blazers, Hawks and Celtics. As bad as Kidd is he can only at the most give out 4 wins to another NBA team.
