That's why I said eventually lol I think he can develop that skill to run an offense.

OK, I'm gonna go through this torture of watching the Blazers in a terrible link just because I'm a real fan and strenuus at least tried to help me (thank you, man).
Just one thing, I don't really know, because I can't actualy see anything, but I have a feeling Batum on Josh Smith doesn't work, so I have this idea, why not try putting the MVP Lamarcus Aldridge on him and make him do things MVPs are probably not supposed to do - play some defense for a change.

Dame needs to find his shot again. *sigh* Feel like we're saying this every other game.

    *Turnover (he only has one)

He's not shooting well, but he has 10 points and 5 dimes with a steal. That's not that bad. He'll turn it around.

He is just a shooter. He is basically Crabbe but got drafted higher.

We are a second half team. If you don't have a +10 lead, you probably won't win against us.

He had a sick block on Kevin Love though. I'll give him that.

They already moved Nic off of Smith early in the game. I don't remember whose been guarding him. Smith is just a super-tough cover. Nobody on our team can do it alone - we've either gotta let him get his in single coverage, or send help and make others beat us. Given his ability to get the basket AND foul, I think we've gotta send help early and get the ball out of his hands. Also, don't we talk about how the plan is to give up mid-range jumpers? Well, allowing Smith to score repeatedly in the paint is the antithesis of that strategy. Send help and he'll be forced to pass, which more than likely should be to a player standing in the mid-range area.
    Poor defense. And mediocre offense.

    NO.
The game started at 1AM where I live (Israel), I need to go to work in the morning, so no.
And I have to watch a link that not only stops every 4 seconds, it's also a Detroit link with Detroit commentators.
Now, do me a favor Stotts, put Lamarcus on Josh Smith and lets at least get a win out of this.

Call me crazy but I don't think Batum can guard Monroe.

I'm not worried about Smith at all. He will shoot himself out of the game soon after he tries a bit

Definitely! Seems like we'll know within 6 minutes whether we're going to turn it around, or turn this into a nail-biter. Unfortunately I'm thinking nail-biter. Really hope I'm wrong - I always prefer walk-away wins.

I say try Matthews on Josh Smith. Wes is really good at getting low and getting some leverage against bigger guys. Wes is also extremely strong.
