The floater isn't there to draw fouls. It's there so defenses have another thing to worry about, making it easier to score down low. That will also allow him to force teams to play off him more.

The floater seems to be a pretty hard shot to master. Tony Parker is one of the only guys that springs to mind when I think of a guard who has made a living off of it. That isn't to say he shouldn't try to add it to his arsenal, but the point stands that I don't think it will have much bearing on whether or not he's going to get more foul shots or finish at the rim at a higher clip.

Purely in terms of range, Jimmer has really deep range:

I was going to say "BYU Jimmer" (I remember the tournament shot he made from almost halfcourt), but I hadn't seen much in the NBA

He's not good enough all-around to get the minutes, and any NBA coach would yank him in a minute for taking those shots. But, he did hit some good ones in college.

That 3 he made late in the game last night was just sick! I really don't think anyone has his range. Including Curry.

Lillard is up there and that's all that matters.

My top 5 list in no order:

    Lillard
    Curry
    Melo
    Jamal Crawford
    Billups

No, from what I hear he only dates black chicks.

I'd say it's Batum, his last girlfriend was from Libya but being from France he has access to super models from all over the world.

I don't think the deep 3 club is that exclusive. Current players, not so many but throughout history, many deep ball shooters. Even before the 3 pt shot. Jerry West would drill them from anywhere as would Pistol Pete. Jordan shot deep 3s, Mark Price, Sheed, Dirk, Dennis Scott, Lot of players said Sheed had the deepest range they've seen from 3 in his prime. Damian has that down. I think Damian is as good as anybody at the deep ball though. Chris Mullens could shoot them as well back in the day. Whole lot of Globe Trotters did it night in and night out!
