That might've been Mo's worse game of the season. I've been a supporter of his this year but my faith is definitely fading, Eric Maynor was better for us last year. Just based off Mo's career with the Bucks, Cavs and Clippers I'm expecting him to improve his play. But for a guy on the wrong side of 30 that is far from certain. There is a big opportunity for CJ or someone on the roster to become that solid 6th man we need.

Also, I think the staff moves Lillard off the ball to try and get Mo's rhythm going. At this point I think the focus needs to be entirely on what is best for Lillard. If Lillard is more effective off the ball so he can take a rest from bringing the ball up the court then that is fine, but if Lillard needs the rock in his hands to get a rhythm Mo should be the odd man out.

Wright has been a bit disappointing as well this year.

We can't expect Olshey to bat 1000%, he made a great move with Lopez but maybe he didn't quite hit singles with the other moves. Are they just foul balls? The bench is now only below average instead of historically bad. Well who knows.... maybe I'm overreacting to a rare loss. I'll have to take a fresh look at it after our next few games.

I'm still not in the make a trade camp, as I think its extremely hard to integrate new players into the team at this point of the season. Historically that doesn't lead to success in the playoffs. Its far better to make offseason roster changes.

Well, just finished watching the game. Portland is definitely for real. Lillard is a stud, you guys struck gold there. I see your team making big noise in the playoffs. If one guy is off shooting (even two), you've got others who can show up and get it done.

Our first half was 90% perfection on both ends. As I said earlier in this thread, I thought Portland would be tired and miss some shots. 4 times out of 5 I think you guys beat us. Wish I had a team like that to root for.

Minnesota isn't that far from being a much better team. Their biggest hurdle was Kahn, and he's gone. He's like the Steve Patterson/John Nash of the twolves.

Love is a beast. Pek and Rubio are the problems. If you guys actually brought in a Lopez type player (Asik anyone), then used Rubio and another player to bring in even a Calderon; your team would be so hard to stop.

I think Pek and Rubio for Lowry, jonas valanciunas and hansborough would've a home run for your club.

I say go ahead. It's Christmas. It'll be like letting a small child wrap his first present, but it's the thought that counts.

This game is a testament on why regular season teams need a deep bench.

Or how teams shouldn't have to play 4 games in 100 something hours!
