I applaud Saw for the storyline and ending, but disappointed in the development. They could have done so much with it, Saw II is overrated. And I think as the sequels go on and on, each film just gets repetitive. This is a rental for me, I'm betting straight to video soon for the upcoming sequels.
I haven't seen Saw, but I got (or rather was punished by having) to watch Saw II. It was pretty laughable, cheesy, poor story, poor characters, etc. It makes me not want to see the first one or the next one. One of my friends said the first one was stupid, so that's another reason I'd rather just avoid this series.
The movie is sadistic, but very entertaining. I thought the acting in the 2nd one was freaking terrible, but all the bloody scenes were good. I will end up watching this one. Probably on DVD, because I tried to get into Saw 2, and the dude saw us and kicked us out of the theater.
I'll probably just rent it, I rarely go to movies now days...prices and stupid people. I kinda like the saw series, I cant wait to see what twist the 3rd one has on it
I definitely can't wait. The first two, especially the first one, were incredible. I loved them. Great storyline, great endings, a lot of action, and they always keep you guessing. I can't wait.
I'll do what most of ya'll are doing and will just rent it. Its an okay storyline and everythi, but just not really my type of movie to see in theaters. I will say that Saw 2 is the only movie that has made me want to puke after viewing it. No other movie has ever made me do that. Some of the scenes were just god awful. The one that really made me sick to my stomach was when the girl fell into the needles. :no1:
looks badass. I loved the first two, and they keep getting more complicated and such. I like movies that make you think.

But on twists, I hope they stay away as the last two featured ones. It'll be cliche and start feeling like a M. Night Shyamalan forced ending(a twist just for the sake of a twist).
