Haha. Man, Christmas sucks for me. My fiance and I both have divorced parents. Both families and grandparents get butthurt if we aren't at their parties on time which is physically impossible. Next year we are saying Fuck it and we will have a party at our house and if they don't show up they can't get mad

Man, I totally understand. I have one tonight, 2 tomorrow, and 1 on Saturday, all because of divorces (and going to the better half's xmas). When I was a kid, it was awesome, now its just a Christmas crazyness... :)

We bought our daughter a turtle for Christmas two years ago. Of course, she was 4 and we had already purchased everything we were going to get here when we ended up with the turtle. But still.

I'm excited for Christmas this year in a way I haven't been in years. Both of my kids are now at that age where it's magical to them, so as a parent, I can't imagine anything better for Christmas.

And then...... of course, there is the delish food and drinks that will be consumed all day long.
