I give it 2 more weeks. That's it. Probably start with the Knicks first.

What a disaster that Garden is. Knicks are awful. Rangers are bad. It is going to get bad there real quickly. At least it is a beautiful state of the art arena...LOL.

    What a mess...

I'm pretty sure Dolan would order fans to take the bags off. That's the kind of moron he is. Instead of realizing his teams are run like crap, he just plays in his dumb band. To be fair to Sather, he's had one top talent die, potentially 3 lose their careers to concussions. That is really unfortunate. However, Sather has done a really bad job the past couple years with UFA's. Even his Clowe trade was dumb now that it has played out.

I hear you. The fact that Sather has a 15 year job despite no results, and Walsh was run out of town, followed by Grunwald being fired a week before the season for Isiah's right hand man Mills, tells you all you need to know about Dolan.

    Bad stuff in that Garden.

I think Sather is old, not hungry to win, and lacks vision of what he wants to build here. I think he had a vision with Torts, stuck with it but realized it was going to come up short. Now, I don't think he has a clue what to do.

I think the old thing is a huge issue. Would your grandfather be cutting edge? Texting? Tweeting? Using the technology from today? Doubtful, and that is Sather now. These GM's work long hard days. You REALLY think Sather is? NO SHOT.

His time is over. We all know it. We all see it...except Dolan. If Dolan were a good owner he would talk to Glen in private and say step down gracefully. He would do that BEFORE this summer when we have a final shot to remake this team in Hank's prime. Not after but BEFORE. Then he would bring in a young, hungry, cutting edge GM.

But that will never happen. I think Sather retires after next season. Just long enough for him to make one more big long lasting imprint on this organization this summer. Sucks for us...

I would get Sather to retire gracefully after this season, and then go after a young assistant GM from some winning franchise. Or do whatever I could to get JD away from CBJ. Either or. And I even think promoting Gorton would be better for us than having Sather run the summer remake.

Gorton has only been here a few years and had a good resume before he got here, but what has he done for us? Not sure I would give it to him.

Dump, Dolan wouldn't force us to take the bags off. He'll force us to pay extra for the bags.

Gorton would not be my first choice, but between him and Sather...I take Gorton sadly.

Who knows...maybe Sather has one last great summer in him, and he shocks us all.

Sadly, that would be a miracle. I have little hope.

You know Gorton mostly build the bruins team? He would be a good start at least.

Yes, that is his track record. Not saying I'd be against it, but haven't seen anything with us that would make him my top choice.

JD belongs in the bright lights of NY not friggin columbus and is a proven team builder. Dolan needs to find out back channels if he's interested in coming home and if the answer as I suspect is yes make it friggin happen.

We'd all love JD to come back and run things. I doubt he'd leave an unfinished job in Columbus, but maybe the idiot Dolan could take some of the millions he's screwing us out of with that joke of his crappy renovated arena and send it to CBJ. They definitely could use a cash infusion.

Knicks are on a pace that's close to one of the worst records in history. They weren't going to be good but in no way should things be this awful. They should be paying the fans to go.

How's that Carmelo signing looking now. Good luck finding free agents that want to come play with this guy and watch him chuck up 30 shots a game. And now that he's hurt probably cant even trade him anymore.
