Tied with the freakin Florida Panthers. Ahead of only Buffalo. Yet Glen is looking to deal for some defense. Makes sense.

This is what happens when you jam the roster with 15 goal scorers.

When the team's highest goal scorer has 9 goals after 39 games,
you are looking at a bottom 5 offensive team.

I envy the Chicago and Boston fans. NYR drought has gone on for
    too long.

Oh but wait. Next year this team will be great. Wait until the fecal matter down in the minors is ready.

I don't think next season is about the kids in the minors, sure 1 or 2 will take bottom 6 spots from Boyle/Pyatt/Moore. I think next season is more about a lot of the dead weight being gone. Richards being gone. And us having 37.5 mill in cap space.

    ISSUES though are:

    1. Can we trust Glen to do it right? History here says HELL NO.
    2. If Nash is not a stud, we are F'd no matter what. So he better get his shit together.

    18-19- 2.....9 one goal losses; 4 two goal losses;
6 three or more goal losses.
Here's hoping Ranger GM gets some early round extra
picks this year and especially next year.

they need to retool during free agency. Sign some players that can actually play in NYC

I personally don't think it's only about NYC. I think it's complacency. Young kids have something to prove. A lot of guys in their late 20's or older often lose that edge or a little drive. It's a fine line, but at the NHL level, 98% vs 100% of effort is huge.

What I am really afraid of is that Sather will have snapped
and traded much more than any of us think.....and the Rangers
will have to start all over again. Scary thought.

But the scary thing is he will not know that he snapped. LOL
