I was thinking eric snow too. he's been atop the league in assist/turnover ratio for a while now. that's basically what ballhandling is.
I dont want to sound like a homer but Tony Parker has some good handles. It may not be fancy, but as fast as he goes to the basket and as much traffic as he goes threw, you rarley see him get stripped or lose control of the ball. It may not be fancy, but it is effective.
Baron Davis...the man is a dribbling machine He can cross up almost anyone and is just an amazing ballhandler.
