The good news... After thunder blazers get home games vs Bobcats Sixers Cavs Celtics And @ Sac The bad news.... After that @SA @Hou @okc @dallas Yes that is one road trip no joke
What the fuck is wrong with anything Mixum said in this thread? Seriously, you fucking people need to start reading posts before calling them out
It's not about the content. It's that he only surfaces when the team is either doing bad or have lost a game.
Carlito, you will be perceived better if you change your picture to one of these. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q...form=QBIR&pq=smiling tomato&sc=1-14&sp=-1&sk=
So? I realize he is uber negative, but that shouldn't give people the right to call him a troll (against the rules I believe). Especially when he wasn't being one. C'mon, Nate. I know you have to agree with me on this one
Showing up only to gloat when the team loses is trolling. There's a difference between someone being perceived as negative (IE you), and someone who only seems to show up when the team does badly (IE Mixum). Plus, the guy has been banned. Both he and Odenisgod have been legitimately banned multiple times from our community. We have let his schtick slide for a long time under the current moniker, but his act is wearing thin.
I get that. I am speaking of this thread specifically Is there anything wrong with this thread for people to jump in and call him a troll?
The fact that we all expect him to make a thread every time we lose? You don't think it's a little sad that we KNOW there's going to be a mixum thread after we lose a game?
Best part - and I'll have to do some digging... You said that we had "A tough home game against the Bobcats"... now, they're in the easy game column. Or "Good news."
The good news is you can no longer post your trolling threads and post. The bad news is.... Well how can anything bad come from you being banned?
Maybe people didn't like Bromixilito's posts, but the absolute knee-jerk reaction to call everything he posted a "troll attempt" is pretty silly. Some of you people need a thicker skin.
Nah, he deserves all the ban he gets. This thread doesn't give him the ban worthy award, but the brief history of trolling this forum does. As for the skin issue, this has nothing to do with skin. He is a troll, plain and simple.
An actual thread that isn't bemoaning the Blazers and whats wrong with them. Well i'd like to point out something nice about Carlito but he got banned so onto the next thing, that road trip he mentions is freaken Brutal.
No it's actually not plain and simple. I think he's extremely negative and wrote a lot of things that riled people up, but I've seen so many threads he started devolve into a parade of posters calling him a "troll" when what he had posted was perfectly acceptable topics for conversation.
As a general rule I'm in the "attack the post, not the troller" camp. That said, a guy with a rep as a troll starting a thread with a decent premise doesn't change years of trolling behavior. Personally, I find Rudy to be funny, in that drunk uncle who always makes a fool of himself sort of way. I mean, you feel sorry for a guy who seems to have some sort of twisted kink in his persona to where he lives for the times that the Blazers lose a couple so that he can come here and poke his needle at Blazers fans. There are people on this board, let's call them the Bad News Bears fans, who appear after the losses and post about the team's deficiencies. I guess they have varying motives, but I can appreciate their posts because, whether I agree with them or not, I understand that they just want to see the Blazers get better. Mixilito, OTOH, has never had a constructive idea about the Blazers in his history on the board. He just likes to get a rise out of people. Even if he starts a thread that in and of itself is relatively innocuous like this one, he's out to get a reaction from other fans rather than offering any kind of relevant commentary. He was banned in the past and I'm guessing that eventually he'll do something to get banned again. He's kind of like jock itch...he's an irritation that just keeps coming back.
