In the video, it shows both hands touching the ball, whereas the form he's practicing now probably doesn't even have a guide hand. If Shaq was doing this his whole career then why would they make an article stating that Shaq is using a different "one-handed" form?Think about it for a sec...
Lakaboy.....Dude watch the video. Seriously. Shaq uses his off hand to guide the ball and just has it very gently on the ball. I hope this helps SHaq improves his FTs. If he can get 55-60 FT shooting it will be a huge + for Miami.
