I LOVE THE OPTIMISM!!! Even MarAzul, who I usually disagree with is on board! What a great day to be a Blazer fan.

Really! I never knew you to disagree with me, I remember you using the racist label several times but I don't remember a logical disagreement.

I think they tie the 90-91 teams record playing better down the stretch than the 91 team.

I think the management needs to get serious about improving bench and depth.

The 91 team finished the season with a 16 game win streak and then a loss. They fell apart in the middle of the season.

We can always improve bench and depth if A) we completely went into a tailspin or B) in the offseason as we look back at how this season went.

No, not without a trade. Maybe 55 with the current roster.

Oh Yes! This would be the year to prod PA into action before the trade deadline. We need a better guard than Mo W.
A defensive specialist would help too.

So you have them going 28-21 the rest of the way as currently assembled?

Better question: Do they advance out of the first round (finally)?

    That's right! Nvm

Even though that team was more exciting, I think this team can do bigger things just because I think IQ wise they are far superior. Agree with Jaynes. Allen needs to tell Olshey to 'go for it'.

He very well could have a sb victory and nba championship in the same year. And then Mr. Allen you can hang it up!

We almost never agreed on O-Live. Especially when you brought up the Assist to Missed shot ratio (random stat no one ever uses. Hell I never even heard of it until you brought it up) to grade Lillard. You were down on him from the get go. But that's just one of our disagreements. ;)

Is there one though? I'll tell you what (I may get REAMED for this) I'd take Sergio back in a heartbeat right now. His outside shot is way more consistent and we know he would get our 2nd unit going. Defensive specialist? A big or a little? Dalembert?

Somewhere around there, give or take a game or two. Things will get much tougher the second half of the season.

That's another question and a great question but not better, in my opinion. West is brutal. Who,ever we play in the first round, it will be a deep battle-tested team or Phoenix (maybe Minn or NO, I suppose). While we are a fantastic road team, it is still highly important that we get HCA throughout the whole playoffs especially since we don't have a lot of experience. As I said, though, we are a great road team. If we keep that up, it will give us confidence to get a road win if we drop a home game.

I'm definitely not one of the let's just win one round fans though. That wouldn't mean much to me. If we're in the playoffs, I want to win the whole thing or it's a disappointment. For now, though, the best we can do is have a stellar regular season.

Terry Stotts said this about Mo on the radio: "He comes in, brings a lot of energy, makes his shots. He's the best backup point guard in the league and we're lucky to have him."

Wow? You don't think things are going to get much tougher in the 2nd half of the season? When teams actually start playing playoff style defense? O.K then.

This is how I have viewed Mo since his entrance which is interesting. I wasn't quite as excited as the rest of you about his signing. But I like what he brings and I can see why Terry would say such a thing about him.
