I'm with Nate on this issue. To use an example like Lebron of someone who takes risks that sometimes translate to TOs isn't a good example, IMO. Lebron can take whatever risks he wants because . . . he is Lebron fucking James. He does so much good on that court, whatever risks he takes is way outbalanced by everything else he does on the court. If say Meyers Leonard or T-Rob starts taking risks and turning the ball over. . . that is a different story.

I am in your camp in thinking Mo is a good back up PG for the Blazers.

The 0 for 4 threes kinda fuck it up.

Three point range takes a little while to get back when you haven't played in months.

Shabazz Muhammad was sent to the D-League. Unlike CJ, he's rehabbing his inflated draft spot.

I know this is now off topic for this thread but as someone who was at the game CJ clearly has a lot of talent. And for some one who is playing his first game back and clearly looked gased at times I thought he played well. Had he played a full game he would have flirted with a triple double. I am very encouraged that he will fit in well with the Blazers.

I missed the game and have only read this last page, so how did he look? What were the assists like? Does thread the needle or simple passes to the open shooter?

He was clearly the best player on the team until he got tired. Which didn't take long. Good handle, very fluid, good passing, good nose for the ball, sweet mid-range shot, missed all his threes. Didn't press, didn't push himself beyond his limit, paced himself in fact.

He got a large chunk of them in transition, but in the half court he had a couple nice assists off the dribble for a layup/jump shot.

He looked really solid and had no problems getting past his defender with the crossover.

You can always go to Youtube and watch the replay of the game. He came in at about 6 minutes in the first quarter, went out, and came back same time in the 2nd. 2nd half he came in at 6 minutes in the 3rd and finished the quarter, and that was it for him.

He was bigger than all those 6-0 D-League guards, so he bowled them down when he dribbled to the hoop.
