End of quarter. As I linked in the Game 1 thread, there are .pdf file box scores for each quarter available.
That's how they roll. I'm guessing they do back to backs with the same team to keep costs down. Just a guess. It makes sense to me.
Who's better, Lucky Pierre Jackson, just out of college, went #42 in the 2013 NBA draft, leading scorer in the league, or Patty Mills when he was in the D-League? Edit: I say Lucky with his 30 ppg average for over a month. Mils played only what, 3 games and averaged about 20?
Patty dribbled a lot too. Imagine a Patty-Pierre Pairing as Stampede teammates. McCollum uses his size again to take one to the hoop.
Stats http://www.nba.com/dleague/games/20140104/RGVIDA/gameinfo.html?ls=gt2hp2021300128#nbaGIRadio CJ is 3-8 for 7 points, 1 board, 1 steal, 1 turnover in 10 minutes.
Halftime. We're up 59-51. McCollum is more comfortable this game, but is shooting about the same as yesterday. He's dribbling like the PG, but then he shoots it usually instead of setting up others. I see how scouts thought he could be a combo guard, but I see him as a SG who gets a lot of assists by dishing off, not by playmaking.
