    No, they can't. Not from under the basket when they already had the ball. You can only throw it over the half court line if you did a timeout to advance the ball.

    A jump-shooting team that doesn't play defense is going to have losses like this from time to time.
    And heck - we still may win. But we need to use these sorts of games as a wake-up call so we can add more interior play to our offense.
