    Carcillo isn't in tonight.

BTW...I wish just once Nash would rip it upstairs. The dude always shoots low. Shoot high sometimes big man.

I don't know much, but what I do know is it's frustrating as HELL to dominate a game and yet be down 1-0.

I love Kreider, but the kid has to score more. He gets SO MANY CHANCES, and does not cash in enough.

Gotta love it they came out to play tonight. Completely dominated the first period.

And I'll add one other comment, Hank simply doesn't make those huge saves like he used to when we make mistakes. Very frustrating season for him so far. Not sure what the issue is, but there is one for sure.

Is it me or did tutin launch himself headfirst into the boards. Hit was with shoulder while coming to stop.Thats a bullshit major which will be automatic league review and probably a game suspension. That sucks

That is not a suspension IMO. Worst case one game. What hurts most is he was playing great tonight. Big loss in this game even though he needs to actually put the darn puck in the net more.

I don't think should be suspension either. Kreider is just too damn strong. If tutin comes back and plays kreids may escape the suspension. If not, probably a game for sure

That was a good check, he hit him from the side. I've seen Ovechkin hit players harder than that on the fly, and he rarely even gets 2 minutes. Fine give him 2 minutes, but a game misconduct is one big joke.

Dubi really showing us up in this one. Oh well, business as usual I guess.

No one should be giving up on this season, not by a long shot with 38 games left after tonight, but this team needs a lot more than 1 or 2 players to be legit. We are a .500 team that's it. Look great...look terrible...look good...look bad. .500 through and through.

You don't deal a Girardi until just before the DL, if you can get a top level package for him or he wants crazy money to return, but to me no way should this team even think about doing ANYTHING to mortgage the future at all. You cannot do anything to hurt the next two seasons. That would be very stupid and short sighted. That should be the focus of any deal we make. Help this season, okay, but only if it helps the next two seasons or at the very least doesn't hurt the next two seasons at all.

We'll see if they show up in the 3rd. Maybe they will. But the frustrating part is we played well for a while, but simply cannot finish...as usual.

And BTW...I am almost out of words for Hank. To me the guy gets a pass for this season considering how he has carried us for years, I won't knock him at all, but he has been flat out bad this season. No other way to spin it.

If any team can get 30 plus shots on goal in the first 2 periods, and come away with just 1 goal, I guess it's this team. The mood definitely changed after tossing Kreider, but they still have to score.

He hasn't been Hank, that's for sure. However, did you see how lazy they were in getting back on the 3rd goal?

Just cannot finish jam, Seems to be the same story season after season. It is the players. Cannot make anymore excuses. We need guys who don't just get chances, but actually SCORE.

Not a knock on Kreider at all, he has been one of our best players this season, but man for the amount of chances he gets he should have at least 5 or 6 more goals no doubt. Frustrating.

Amen man. I am not blaming him. Even said I won't knock him, but it isn't all on the D. The guy allows 3 + goals every game now. Sort of like all the INTS Eli threw. Can't always be on the WR running the wrong route. Hank has not been Hank by a longshot this season. It isn't like our D never made mistakes in the past and Hank made all easy saves. This season the saves he has made the past 5, 6, 7 seasons have not been made.
