    Players eat food and drink water. They also ice muscles and perform strength and cardio training. I know a few Blazers that even use conditioner in their hair.

    I don't know why you're arguing this. If you drive a car, things wear out. It's a reality of vehicles.

    Similarly, if you play a guy a lot of minutes, he will most likely end up wearing out earlier at the end of the season. There's a reason why San Antonio is so conservative with their guys. They want them fresh for the playoffs.
