http://www.prowrestling.net/artman/publish/WWE/article10035184.shtml Sounds pretty dope. 10 bucks a month and includes all PPVs. I'd subscribe
I'll get it too. Haven't been watching WWE much for the last decade or so other than some CM Punk stuff, Rock and HBK appearances. But this might get me back into it. It will be dope to watch the old ECW, WWF and WCW shit too
I grew up with the WWF but this era doesn't keep my attention whatsoever. Actually, it's been like this since the end of the NWO era. I'd think about it just for the classic wwf option.
It looks like a great deal. McMahon is nothing if not a savvy businessman. This is going to get a lot of new eyeballs on the product. 1,500 hours at launch barely scratches the surface of their total library. We're talking about decades and decades of events under their banner not to mention all of the content they've purchased over the years from defunct promotions. The UFC could learn a thing or two from this move. They're currently charging the same money for a select backlog of fights and sparse live events from nowhere at odd hours.
WWE died when Stone Cold Steve Austin left. Austin was the biggest WWE superstar ever.
Watch the Stone Cold Steve Austin documentary, It's on Netflix and it's a great documentary! And no to WWE is not fake, it's scripted up to a point. Anyone that says it's all scripted doesn't really know what they are talking about. Watch the WWF vs WCW documentary. I use to be a big fan but lost interest a long time ago.
I miss the days when Wrestlers were like Super Heroes... we all know its not "real" so why play it up with all these "realistic" type wrestlers? We know there are no such thing as Mutant Super Heroe Powers... X-Men would suck if they were just regular dudes with no powers.
It can be entertaining (definitely was moreso as a kid) Honestly brings back nostalgia. If you ever get the chance to go to a live event I recommend it. Much better to see it live, those guys are huge and do awesome stunts
I don't watch the new product but the golden age product (IMHO, late 80s to mid 90s) is pretty hilarious. When it's on WWE Vintage I watch it sometimes.
