When I say nash is getting his head out of his ass I mean it. And assisted of course by Chris Calder

You know what? They are starting to look a lot better. I wish they'd score a little more (just a little), and I wish they could score with an empty net a little more often, but they are looking much better. Even Del Zotto is starting to find his game. They aren't all the way there yet, but I like what I'm starting to see out of these guys ...

Yeah Del zotto did look pretty good tonight and has been playing well lately. Ok, change of course we're buying now buy buy buy LOL. And did anybody notice on nash's goal stepan trips and falls right on top of him putting a nice cherry on his dick season thus far.

Agree Jam. I think they would have lost this game earlier in the year. Nash needs to gain confidence on his shot. He is getting great chances even breakaways and is missing the net too much. Huge goal for him tonight. Good win.

BTW have we scored an EN goal in the last 2 years? Unreal

I think they have 1 empty net this year, and I'm not sure who it was against, or who scored it. :-)

When opposition pulls their goalie, Rangers cannot get that empty netter....
but what's worse, the opponent is really pressuring in the Ranger end.
    What gives?

And I will be there in person to watch but I have to admit I'll be rooting for a hat trick by my boy Chris Calder.

It's like they go into panic mode. They really need to work on that.

To be sure, Philly is playing well, but the Rangers are just starting to click.

7-2-1 in their last 10 after another solid win, 1 point out of 2nd place Metro logjam but after such a crappy start the Rangers seem to be a much more confident team. First Star goal comes courtesy of a no call on an obvious trip and the second on an unbelievably lucky bounce or two, still would like to see Stralman commit to one guy instead of trying to cover both. AV's offense creates so many opportunities wasted by lousy shooting, no need to wind up for a slapshot when a simple accurate wrist shot will do. Good start to the homestand need to keep it up against Philly.

    I repeat. Stralman f'n sucks.

Thank God Brassard is playing a ton better because Stepan is stealing the teams money this year. Personally, I don't think Stepan is in good shape. I think he lacks drive with his conditioning. He looks like he never lifted a weight in his life. He needs to work out with Kreider to find out how he can grow some balls.

In other words he is having a down season so immediately it has to be conditioning. Why cant players just have a down year without excuses.

Let's see. Last year Richards admitted he was out of shape and did nothing during the lockout. This year, Stepan was holding out and missed camp. Plus, if you watch Stepan, he looks slow with his skating this year. Very much like Richards did last season. Also, if you look at his face he's getting a double chin. I stick by my belief he's out of shape.
