I also think ARod better worry about getting sucked into a Congressional hearing, its an election year and the vpols will be looking for low hanging fruit to nibble on. They didn't get the Rocket...but ARod can't keep to the script. The only legacy numbers he needs to think about now will be those stenciled on his prison jumper.

Great news. There is no way he can take this to Federal Court. If he was to take the stand, it would be devastating. In addition, the courts are very friendly to the CBA and I don't think that will change. Now the sound bites will be interesting. MLB must be happy with what I perceive is a win.
