   First baseman James Loney has finalized a $21 million, three-year contract with the Tampa Bay Rays.

   Funny how when he was traded to the Red Sox they saw him as just a 3 month rental lol and once he hit free agency and signed with Tampa he has regained his old form..............Good job by the Rays to resign him.
