The Baltimore Orioles won't be closing a deal for All-Star closer Grant Balfour. Days after reaching a preliminary agreement with the free agent pending a physical, the Orioles said Friday that they weren't satisfied with the results of Balfour's exam. absolutely the dumbest move on the Orioles part not signing this guy. He was not and is not injured nor is he showing any sings of wear from his past surgery. This non signing by the Orioles will come back to bit them in the butt.
