Kind of goes both ways. A Seahawks fan would say the same about their team. Like I said before, I love it. Just adds to the rivalry.
I don't think the rest of the league hates the Seahawks right now, but there is a definite hatred for the Niners and especially Kap. Lots of people dislike Kap.

People hate the Niners and Hawks because EVERYONE hates their coaches (aside from the respective fans of the teams).
If Harbaugh is the coach of your team, then you like him and defend his assholish demeanor. If he isn't, then it's very easy to hate on the guy.
