    Nice goal by Kreider

Our power play even when we don't score is amazing to watch. Night and day from the past 5+ years...

Movement, and quick passing, you have to love it. But they still miss way to many golden opportunities.

PP ranked 6th. Can't ask for anything more after the disaster the past few years. That's a top ranked PP.

With this kind of puck movement, it is nice to know
Hank does not have to be magnifique. He looks more
relaxed out there. Keep it going.....

Still don't like him. As others have alluded.....it's another Sather
stop gap move. Team lacks toughness. This is Sather's answer
this year. Who knows next year.

As far as needing toughness i guess Carcillo will do - it could be worse. This team had 0 grit without him, and Mcilrath still looks to be a bit young (the baby face just doesn't do it for me) to assume that role full time in the NHL. Although, he did do a decent job surviving vs Mcgrattan.

Another great win, typical Flyers bs when the game is over they start with the cheap crap. What's laughable is Fartsmell starts the whole thing and goes unpenalized but who cares when the Rangers have beat them 7 straight times at home. Could have easily been 7-1, the players all seem to be on the same page with AV's system and Hank seems to have found his confidence. Carcillo is still an upgrade over Dorsett in my opinion.

Just got home from the game and that was sweeeeeeeet. Game barely started and 2-0 in first 2 minutes. Glad you've taken up my Chris calder mantra Al LOL. Kreider was very good as he has been with perfect pass to nash and nice goal on his break in from the side where he made a bunch of dekes and strategically:devilwink: banked it in off a flyer skate. I like what carcillo brought tonight and hope he can keep it up as absolutely no toughness without him. Fought a flyer that looked a foot taller than him but he actually got a couple of good shots in there. Great 1 timer by brassard off super pass by the friggin hobbit again. I don't know how it looked on tv but the man called Nash has awakened from the dead and was absolutely flying out there tonight which is another reason big mac if healthy needs to be up here soon to stop the jackasses on the other team from taken the inevitable cheap shot at nash again. Cally looked like he didn't want any part of physical play and seemed to be brushed away as an afterthought. I thought del Z looked ok out there again and hank looks to be rounding into form. Very happy I was at this game tonight. Flyers were cheapshotting all over ice after the whistle as usual.

Of course it's a stopgap move, but they only need him through the rest of the year and he's enough of a pest to fill that role. For a 7th rounder no less. He's actually a little better than Dorsett because he's shiftier and has more of a nose for the puck. Nobody in Hartford was ready to do that anyhow, they needed an experienced player to help out.

Most of us including me were thinking ahead to what they could next year but this team is MUCH better then it was a month ago. Games could be meaningful 2nd half...

Kreider had 1 G 1 A and he was awful in that game. Haven't seen him play a game like that since he was sent down. He floated all game and didn't skate. Three or four times he let other forwards beat him to the puck in his own zone because he didn't want to get hit. He looked very timid IMO out there. Those are the types of efforts he needs to avoid. He made two nice plays but that didn't take away from the fact he sucked last night.

Nash looked like the Nash of last year. About time.

Didn't see kreider floating at game last night but did notice him pulling up a little on checks and hope thats not the aftereffects of being thrown out the other night on that bogus call. He needs to continue to cream everyone in sight at every opportunity he gets.

I think Nash is warming up for the Olympics. These Canadians always want to win the Olympics to prove they are the best in hockey. It is a very important tournament for them.
