It is the general consensus that none of the guys tied into PEDs, (with the exception of Selig's friend David Ortiz) will ever see entry into the HOF. However the numbers they put up & the milestones they received with still be in the record books.
I think if big phony ever got in to hall of fame after actually being on that original list of steroid guys(still waiting for his explanation of course) baseball would have to open up a steroid wing and let them all in
