It's interesting to me that the only entity (aside from the Yankees) that he hasn't sued is Tony Bosch. You would think he'd been the first law suit filed. That one would at least likely go to trial, which may be the reason he hasn't done it because he wants to avoid the witness stand. These others have a very low chance of getting anywhere other than the medical one for his hip which probably won't include PED's being allowed in the discussion. MLB radio guys had a good point this morning--how long before he sues his lawyers for not adequately representing him and giving him bad advice (like no defense in the hearing)?
