Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter Rajon Rondo is officially the bomb. But anyway, for the people that didn't get a chance to see the play, here is how it went down: Gerald Green missed an 18 footer, Rajon Rondo then makes up for it by pulling off a 1-handed putback dunk over a couple Knicks players. Wait, it gets better: Directly after the dunk, he quickly turns around and intercepts the inbounds pass, takes a dribble or two and gets to the basket, lays it up and in - PLUS THE FOUL! This all happened within 6 seconds, it was amazing. EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glEaE0wCIL4&eurl=
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter I didn't see that game last night, and I saw this post, so I ran downstairs as it was 5:55 at the time. I got down there just in time, and DAMN. This kid is for real, that was a better than great play.
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter This was the #1 play of the week on Sportscenter today. I love the fact that instead of celebrating over the big dunk he got right back on defense for the steal.
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter And the Knicks are pwning in the offseason lol. But Yeah Rondo seems to be showing a future but its preseason so lets wait till the future
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter OK guys I found it on youtube and I edited the opening post. But man, Rondo is something huh? Not only does he play excellent all around basketball, but he does something every game that leaves a HUGE smile on your face.
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter Those were some great plays. Plays like that define the NBA. That's why we all follow the game.
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter This is off topic but Renton only has 265 posts? I thought I saw his name around much more than that.

A thread like "who will win most rings" or "predict playoffs standing" are threads I usually don't post in. I don't think I like the speculate all that much. Well, maybe to a certain level, that's it. Of course I'll have my say on which teams I think will have a good (or bad) season. Hmmm.... can't explain what I really want to say....
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter reminds me ALOT of that Len Bias playnot making comparisonsjust sayingrondo is a beast though
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter Rondo is great at stealing the ball. In pre-season, he is 2nd behind Baron in spg, and he is only a rookie. He is going to be a lockdown defender, and great stealer in years to come..
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter Rondo is just sick. I'm surprised that he can actually dunk over guys like that. He is deff a future star for the Celtics.
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter Man, that was the first time I saw that clip. The dunk was spectacular and with that follow-up steal and layup, man he is pretty impressive.
Re: Rondo's play from last night gets #1 on SportsCenter geez, I creamed myself BIGTIME when I watched that video. that's already a celtics highlight of the year, and it's preseason!!!I LOVE RONDO.
