as always Turnovers will make the biggest deal, Seattle's big advantage is the TO's they create, they are a whopping plus 20 to Denver's Even 0. Hope Montee Ball holds onto the rock

    True that.

Okung was out for (iirc) 9 games, and Unger for 4? Losing 2 Pro Bowlers off your O-Line can hurt. Fortunately, they're back.

def can. Speaks wonders for Denver's O-line depth that they had so few, with such a slow QB, and losing their Best man at Tackle.

That was a close play, and probably could have gone either way. Like you said, there wasn't a replay, so it's hard to know. The refs missed a lot of plays, though. A lot. The officiating has been very inconsistent all postseason, game-to-game, which has really put it in the spotlight.

Vernon Davis' catch for 6-8 yards that he lost when he hit the ground was clearly a catch. The Personal Foul called early on Whitner was shoulder-to-shoulder. At the end of Lockette's tough hit on James he gets a handful of facemask. The punt that should have been returned to the Niners. There are others I could list. I'm sure Seahawks fans have things they'd point out. The early "hold" on Sherman...... some games they that go, others they don't. So many penalties are missed on a regular basis. It's what you do and how you respond, no matter the officiating.

Niners still had a chance and blew it on a stupid play, and the game's over, so there's no point in dwelling on the officiating. I'd simply like to see things called more evenly and consistent, team-by-team, game-by-game. But that's been my complaint in ALL sports for years now, especially the NBA and NFL. MLB isn't quite as bad, though every once in a while an ump has some odd strike zones (I don't think I've seen anything terrible since Livan Hernandez was consistently given 6 inches off the plate in the World Series in the 90's).

You may want to rethink this. The Seahawks have not lost by more than seven since November 6th, 2011.

He might want to re-think picking the Broncos. The real SB was yesterday.

Unless a couple of key Seattle players are injured during practice, I just don't see the AFC taking it. Felt that way going into the playoffs, feel the same way today.

I'm a homer but I'm gonna back away from this because last season I was convinced the 49ers were going to destroy the Ravens.

Anything can happen... I do believe the Seahawks are better because running the ball and hard nosed defense plays well in any weather (I'm praying for low 30s and windy on February 2nd in Jersey.) but giving Peyton 2 weeks is scary even if he isn't very good in cold weather or the playoffs for that matter. However getting Harvin back and the giving the defense 2 weeks to study Peyton is big as well.

Yup, Bowman with an ACL and MCL. With the way his knee bent, that's pretty much what I figured.

Yeah, I mentioned this earlier. That's bullshit. Even Dick Sherman called it disgusting.

That sucks and is classless and reprehensible and I hope the dude got thrown out of the game by an usher.

That said, 1 dude dropping 6 skittles (or popcorn?) on an injured player will not make me revoke my Hawks' fandom. Rosenthal made it sound worse than PHI tossing snowballs at Santa.

Looks like popcorn, but is that the extent of the food being thrown or is that just a short clip of it?
