With Carcillo around until the end of the year, I could see them dealing Dorsett for salary relief with a prospect/pick for a forward. At least he's signed for another year.

When dorsett comes back I can see them waiving or scratching D. Moore. They will put carcillo and dorsett between Boyle.

Oh well, don't like this deal on its face but will wait to see for myself what klein looks like as I have no idea who he is. But if he sucks this is what you get when like a lot of us said when you bench del zotto every other minute and give the impression that he is total dogshit. Oh well, I guess del z's blown coverage on the face off the other night on the game winning goal was the straw that broke the camel's back as they say. Would have liked some draft picks but with how del z being used that wasn't going to happen. Unfortunately, before the trade our team needed a big strong scoring wing or a physical d-man and after the trade our team needs a big strong scoring wing or a physical d-man.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

NSH message boards have given me the impression that Klein is in fact physical but also a bit of a turnover machine...

Until McIlrath comes up Klein may very well be the Rangers toughest dman, not saying much. The deal probably boiled down to AV not wanting MDZ here, I think it was a bad trade unless Glen/AV had no intentions of making MDZ an offer. At least the Rangers have 3 dmen signed for next year.

It has been clear Sather/AV had no intentions of making MDZ an offer for weeks panzer, we all said it in here. Is what it is whether you or I or anyone agrees with it or not.

And I agree with you on Klein. Adds a potentially physical dman that we clearly needed, and he is a righty shot which is a plus.

We'll see how it turns out. No doubt this deal is a risk IMO. Now we wait...

We wait until he turns the puck over in the D zone, then all hell
will break loose on this board.....and God forbid it happens against
the Devils and Isles. Many Pred fans tell us he is "....a turnover machine."

[Just a sickening reminder that Sather's risk taking has taken a terrible turn.]
Enough of these nickle and dime deals.

Preds fans are a bunch of no teeth, stupid, tobacco chewing morons from the back woods who know nothing about hockey. Only a tool would care about what any of those morons said. Those same tools are the people that make up HF.
