<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>New York Daily News - Isiah Thomas still recalls what Greg Anthony said about his selection of Renaldo Balkman this past June on draft night, saying that Anthony should "never ever be in a position to question myself on anything about basketball because I do remember the kind of player he was."Thomas would prefer if Anthony doesn't do any work for MSG as well."This so-called former Knick, who on draft night with millions of people watching had the audacity to take me to task on a player that I'm pretty sure he had never seen before in his life," Thomas said. "But he stands on national television and he talks about a kid that he has absolutely no idea about. I'm glad that all of New York doesn't think like Greg Anthony."</div>http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/427...n_greg_anthony/

I think Isiah is getting fired up for the season. Which might be a good thing.

IMO, Isiah has no right to diss anybody in the basketball world, because I honestly think I could have done a better job in front office. Why single out Greg Anthony, Isiah? EVERYBODY is cracking jokes about you and the job you've done in New York.

I can't stand Isiah for some reason he just annoys me. Greg was doing his dang job telling his opinion like he's paid to do. He needs to worry about that team of overpaid nobodies he got instead of focusing on what Greg Anthony says.

He has an overly talented roster, if that team doesn't win in preseason I don't know what to tell you. And people seem happier in New York probably because they are relieved that he's not GM anymore.I understand man, I mean you are a Knicks fan. But Knicks fan or not, you can't argue that Isiah's job in New York has been the worst in recent history by far, and he has no right to call out anyone after his piss-poor job.

Isiah - again the proof of the idiot American athlete. Seriously. Constucting a team and playing basketball is totally different... Don't even bring up the comparison! What an idiot.Isiah, you ahve ruined the Knicks, so don't go saying stuff about someone who's just doing his job

Isiah Thomas is a great GM when it comes to drafting players, this one seems stupid, but Ill bet it turns out for the best.

Channing Frye was pretty easy to decide, IMO, and he brought Nate there for publicity and excitement really. Then what else do you have? Renaldo Balkman at 20, eh. Mardy Collins (I love him, but bad fit in NY).
