    I love that pitch. It keeps the balls in the yard and sets up the fastball for location. Jack Morris comes to mind when you talk splitter, who else had a great one?

    ...Clemens had a very good one too...the thing that will make it so tough on batters is that all 3 of Tanaka's pitches seem to have the same motion and arm slot.

    I can see Longoria & Big Sloppi getting mucho bench time when this guy is on the mound, little bit of attitude, Tanaka & McCann will be a great battery.

    yeah, I think Sutter was the first pitcher I ever saw throw that pitch.

    Great call, Sutter had a great one. If I recall Sutter was coming off surgery wasn't he.
