I'm generally in a rush to get out the door so usually my breakfast looks like this:

    1 packet of instant oatmeal

3 hard boiled eggs with salt and sriracha sauce on them.

1 large glass of OJ or a packet of instant breakfast.

    What do you eat?

Usually 2-3 cups of coffee. On weekends or when my daughter isn't in school, eggs or waffles generally.

Every morning, I make my fiance and myself n Ham/Cheese egg muffin and coffee.

Costco Bandon farms 2.5 lb cheddar block
Some natural ham with no added nitrates from safeway
    Smart Balance butter
    Thomas English muffins

Takes about 15 minutes from start to finish using an egg-round (gets the perfect egg mcmuffin shape) and the toaster oven. I have the routine down to a science so waking up at 5am to out the door driving to work by 535-540am.

You eat a 2.5lb cheddar block everyday? That can't be healthy.

I'm not a huge breakfast guy - I mean, I love breakfast food, but on weekdays, I am not feeling it. I usually do a health shake or something along those lines during the week. Then, Saturdays and/or Sunday I get up, cook up some eggs, spuds, and bacon or sausage for the family.

Varies by day of the week.
Saturday, Sunday - different whole grain cereals, oj, nut milk.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - take to work cooked kamut with dried fruit & nuts, mixed fresh fruit, yogurt
Tuesday, Thursday - take to work whole grain bread, hummus, one hard boiled egg, fruit & yogurt
Wednesday is my variety day, currently working on a batch of buckwheat pancakes I made, when they're gone make something else

It seems that I can't eat breakfast unless it has been an hour and a half or more since I have been up.

So just water in the morning before work and at work I eat two chewy granola bars and more water. That gets me by until lunch.

Not much of a coffee person. I will have (what amounts to) a shot of coffee if I didn't sleep well and I sense it is going to be a long day.

2 cups of McDonald's hot cocoa, some hotcakes, a hashbrown, and sausage. That shit is heavenly.

With splitting a 2.5 pound block o' cheese every morning, I was going to ask if your avy was your fiancé, but I try not to talk that kinda ish. To each his own, when it comes to women. Every man has their own taste, so I don't like to judge or poke fun on that subject, but every now and then I do anyway.

This morning it was peanut butter on whole grain toast, with banana slices and coffee.

I'm trying to come up with something that's more stereotypical for Aussies... and I really can't.
