I really doubt he's going to opt out of Cleveland. He will be a star here, and there is still 6 years to go to make that decision. If he stays here over time and the team builds around him, they could have a shot at it all. If he does what Vince did, or anything like that, I'll lose all respect for him.

Who wouldn't want to play in New York and get all that attention and everything... I hope he doesen't because then I'll lose some respect for him but it's not totally stupid to guess that but I doubt whoever said this got any good sources.
This is pointless..1) Its baloney. 2) Its like 4 years from now - I don't think we can know for sure what he wants to do in 4 years..

Not for me.
Who knows, most of the contracts will be expired before 2011. NY could be a whole different team. Lebron will be a Cav for life though.
More like a high level rumor! Ha! By the way, sorry if I post something irrelevant of some sort, because I didn't have the time to go through the three pages of this thread to see what I am missing and need to look upon in my future post. Booyah. I'll just say this, if LeBron James joins the New York Knicks following the 2011-2012 season, I'll dye my hair gray. Seriously. I use to have dreams a season or two ago that he joined along the Los Angeles Lakers at the end of his first contract stint and him and Kobe became a force in the league (of course, I highly doubt that would realistically happy when the two ego's clash on the same court.)Wow, just thought of James going to the Knicks makes me shiver.
