Miami should to use as spare parts for when Oden eventually breaks.

He out right said he didn't like basketball very much and now he's got truckloads of money. I think bowling is his thing. If he's done, I'm all for it...nba roster spots are few and far between. Yep, agree with Kingspeed here, what a waste of talent!

Oden didn't even play last night as the Thunder were abusing the Heat.

I'd rather have him over Oden. Or, at least the Oden that left Portland. Reports out of Miami is that Greggers finally is working hard, but after years of loafing, hard work isn't going to bring the cartilage back in his knees.

I'm not sure that's humanly possible. Greggers walks to the john to take a piss and he needs to ice his knees.

Anyhow, this thread reminded me of Larry Sanders, who pulled his own shit together enough for one year to get an $11m/year extension starting next year, and has promptly gone into the tank. Milwaukee is on the hook for $44m over the next 4 years for a guy that barely even wants to be on the court.

What a stupid signing it was to sign that headcase.

Supposedly he is holding out for a contract that pays more than the minimum. I think he is waiting as long as he can to play as little as possible while getting a playoff share.

I would take him for the playoff race and playoffs. Maybe small market no pressure situation where not much is expected from him might be the receipe for him to be productive again.

Bynum likes money not basketball, and he is hoping there is one more team out there willing to be a sucker.

I'd sign him for a one year minimum deal, but i'd imagine he'd be able to pick from any playoff team if he was willing to take that.
