This time in Indiana. Game not over, but it looks like Phoenix owns Indiana even more than they own us.
Hornacek must be a helluva coach. I don't see much defense on that team, a lot of tweeners and they're all playing over their heads. He's a lock for COY. I'd hardly say Len is playing at a high level.
I wouldn't go that far. Some of us thought it was just one game, and that the freaking out that night was an overreaction. That said, can't this be put in the NBA Thread?
The Morris twins are something else. Their bench doesn't let them down and their odd offense with Frye taking the opposing big men out of the paint drives traditional lineups batty.
Phoenix is one of those annoying scrappy teams that Nate McMillan would love. They play hard. They rebound. They can shoot. They're not world beaters, but they're good enough to beat anyone. Not sure why so few people expected them to do well this season. I knew they were going to be decent just from watching their guys in the summer league.
Yeah. We had some players tearing up the summer league and didn't sustain that level of play during the regular season where it really matters.
It was virtually their entire team minus Dragic and Bledsoe. Even Horny was coaching. They played the exact same brand of basketball during the summer that they're playing right now
PJ Tucker and the Morris twins were the only guys on the SL team that get meaningful minutes on the real squad.
