The San Antonio Spurs have signed guard Shannon Brown to a 10-day contract and released Othyus Jeffers from his 10-day deal. Brown most recently played for the Phoenix Suns from 2011-13. In two seasons with the Suns, Brown averaged 10.7 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 23.7 minutes per game.
