    Judge isn't entertaining attempted murder charges at this time, downgraded to agg. assault

    1. Agg. ass. w/firearm $1m bond
    2. Agg. ass. w/firearm $1m bond
    3. Agg. batt. w/weapon $500k bond
    4. Resist. arrest. $100 bond

    Total bond $2.5-million but Silva is being held at this time and will not be released on bond even if it is met.

    He's going to be handing in his passport. Judge believes he presents a risk to his wife and to Popovich and is a flight risk.

    Ok, Judge Hurley is ordering that Silva be held without bond due to him being a significant flight risk along with him posing a threat to his wife and Popovich. Silva's attorney got the judge to withdraw the $2.5-million bond amount because it was pointless given that he was being detained in any case.

    The gun in the mouth incident was prior to last night's happenings.

    It has been suggested that Silva was extremely intoxicated last night. The police report could confirm that.

    I always knew he was a loose cannon. Supposedly his wife and him have been separated since 2012? Can you really blame her? He's always been a ticking time bomb, guess he finally blew. I'm glad he didn't hurt anyone else significantly in the process.
