    The Color Guy (who OBVIOUSLY does not know the rule) COMPLETELY whiffs on the analyzing of a Block/Charge call. the Defensive player CAN be moving. He simply must be maintaining a LEGAL guarding position.

    I don't know if I've heard one who did know that rule. Whenever I tell people that rule they are surprised because it flies in the face of what commentators and analysts always say on TV.

    Take note on what is going on. When suggesting whether or not Portland is a title contender. If they win this. That's 2-0 against the leagues elite.
