^I think thats what he means.anyway, ive never heard of them not working but there are ways to get the same results without having to spend the 80 or so dollars for them. Some calf exercises and squats and stuff would help, im sure someone else on here can lead you to some good exercises for your legs.

yeah but its better to save the money. I personally think the weight vest is the best option. Ankle weights pull down on your knees- not good. Jump shoes are ok but if you get tired and dont land correctly, injury is likely. A weight vest doesn't pull on anything and gives te same or better results.
I just started using JumpSoles recently and I have already seen some improvement, so yeah, they work.
