Yeah, the anthem incident bought Cheeks an extra year on the bench and cost me another year of misery.
    Worst Blazers coach ever.

At least he's not as inept as a Vinny Del Negro.

I don't think anyone is trashing the man. Everyone here that has said anything at all about his character has said he's a great guy. What we're trashing is his ability to be a head coach at an NBA level. He's a GREAT guy who happens to be a HORRID NBA head coach.

But hey, he's parlayed that ineptitude into three head coaching assignments and millions of dollars in coaching salary. Wish somebody would "trash" me like that for being bad at my job.

To continue with trashing his ability to coach is disrespectful. I had to turn off court side when M&M started to say how bad he was.
Reminds me of last year when the Blazers after a win, were saying how bad the Kings organization was. Was just getting family members to watch the Blazer's and their after shows. Then the Blazers representatives go off and spew hateful UN-uplifting words about another organization.
    Karma.
I'm sure I'm not the only one in Oregon that doesn't enjoy people spewing hateful words towards someone/another organization. :sigh:

Last thing. anyone on this forum who thinks they could have done a better job is delusional.

    Here comes the :shitstorm:

Can't speak the truth because it might be taken as disrespectful by some people?

Well I could throw out what today's world says. No you can't. Seen what Jonathan Vilma said? Point made.
But really I don't agree with everything that is in the world today.
