Just want to point out LA shot a lot of jump shots last night. He also missed a whole lot of them. Maybe he should consider moving closer to the rim just saying.

I would also like to thank LA, Wes, and the new kid CJ on their turnovers 4, 4, and 5 respectively totally made up for Durant losing 8 trying to do too much on offense.

But most of all I would like to thank the Bench especially Earl Watson and Meyers Leonard for showing us all why this team will suck in the playoffs without a deadline move.

Not even the refs could make up for shooting 37.4% tonight.

    Oh well moving on.

I thought it was actually one of the best reffed games I've seen in a while. They let a lot go on both sides.

I'm just wondering if the starters are finally getting run down. Everyone seems to be shooting much worse than the start of the season.

I missed last night's game so I was mostly referring to the +15 free throw discrepancy.

Well, the Thunder had at least three or four technicals, so that's one thing. They were pissed because the refs weren't sucking their respective dongs all night, so they started throwing a tantrum.

I'm hoping this is just a midseason lull. He'll get it back when the games begin to mean more. We forget that he's still a second year player

In PapaG's world LA can do no wrong 22% from the field is a great night cause he posted 12 rebounds and a +5.

He also had 4 TO and on 2 FTA's on a night in which from the looks of it we were getting calls.

Then again maybe he has not associated the fact that 19 foot jump shots rarely result in free throws.

Lillard was not really the problem tonight sure his shot was not falling especially from deep but his +5 lead the team, he has 7 assists to only 1 turnover and Reggie Jackson only went 7-19 leaving their match up pretty much a draw.

I blame Earl Watson and Meyers Leonard.

Just to nitpick here, but Dame guarded Jackson for maybe two possessions all game. He was on Thabo. Meyers was actually not horrible. He made a few mistakes on D but he looked ok. As did Earl.

What we were lacking were Dame's killer shots and LA hitting even one FG in the second half. I know coaches believe in their stars a lot but tonight, he should have used LA as a decoy in the fourth. I've never seen him as ice cold as he was last night.

He defended him towards the end of the game. Jackson definitely blew up as soon as we switched Nic off him. I know Earl took a turn guarding Jackson, but I think it was mostly Dame at the end when Jackson became a real problem.

Real problem? Jackson went 1-3 in the 4th and had two FTA when the Blazers were forced to foul after LA missed the game winner.

He did his damage at the end of the third when the switch happened. 6-9 and 3 baskets right at the rim.

And it still didn't get OKC the lead. Big deal. This game was not lost in the third.

The game was lost because nobody could hit a shot

It sucks because Dame was having a really good game in the first half. 15 points and 6 or 7 assists I think. He just went completely ice cold in the second half.

agree, just like Indy it was "ours to win or lose" and we lost it, simply awful shooting and we were still right there

For some reason, we went from being a team that was very good in the second half, to a team that is now horrible in the second half.

It has to be fatigue. Our starters have been looking very good in the first half... and then just a huge dropoff.
