according to this they have Embiid going 1st. Well I guess that's why they call it a MOCK draft. http://www.draftexpress.com/nba-mock-draft/2014/ IMO I think Jabari Parker the SF from Duke will be #1. And to be honest this kid Wiggins from Kansas hasn't really impressed me much but he'll probably go 2nd. And don't count out the kid from Kentucky Julius Randle.
Rick, If healthy Embiid will go first. He has all the tools and is young. Parker seems more NBA ready than Wiggins to me. Embiid is a potentially young Hakeem Olajuwon.
I'm also very impressed with this kid McDermott, the 6'8" PF from Crieghton. I think he's going to surprise a lot of people. I see a bit of Nowitski / Bird in his game.
For a guy that's only been playing basketball for three or four years, Embiid is an amazing prospect. Depending on how you rate Exum there are five huge talents at the top of the draft. Whoever picks first has a lot to consider.
Yeah I'm really hoping we can get one of the top 5 picks. And hopefully unlike this past years picks we can see some immediate results from one of the top picks. And hopefully its the one we take.
