...been watching a few of those guys for awhile now...and I very seldom disagree with anything Mike Axisa writes.
The problem with the yankees is as opposed to other organizations they babu their draft picks too much. 1st round picks out of college that are 21 and older should not be playing low a ball they should be in double a to start so they reach majors before their 30. If mike trout was drafted by the yanks it is doubtful that this league mvp candidate would even be on yankee roster. Their minor league system of progression for their players sucks and the results are they never arrive to help the main club.
That is one ugly list, tons of injury prone players, it's no wonder NY is counting that crew out and moving ahead with FA.
